Account Executive

Location: Preferably Madison
Job Description:

Responsible for driving sales of new solutions being brought to market. Apply a conceptual consultative sales approach to explore customer needs; gather feedback on customer perception of the solution and potential obstacles; position fit of solutions to customer needs; and ultimately secure new sales. This position will also have a high level of interaction with internal teams and be responsible for conveying customer feedback on value proposition, product needs and product application to product development and project leadership. Supports the sales process through the use of Microsoft Outlook and CRM Dynamics to manage leads and opportunities. Contact with customers will rely on 70% phone and 20% travel.

Qualifications:

College Degree preferably in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years selling conceptual solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook & CRM. Strong communication skills, conceptual thinker, entrepreneurial spirit and tenacious. Must be able to travel 20% of the time.

Associate Buyer

Location: Madison
Job Description:

Associate Buyers are assigned to pre-selected suppliers. This role is responsible to assist in managing supplier cost negotiations, lead time review and management, quality tracking and resolution, and day to day relationship building. This role analyzes planning requirements to procure product through placement of purchase orders and work orders to meet specified goals under the direction of the Inventory & Demand Planning Manager. Associate Buyers keep Product Managers and Buyers informed regarding significant issues concerning assigned vendors. Mange inventory levels for assigned products and expedite delivery dates to meet customer expectations. Inventory levels must support the company’s required level of service and investment goals. Resolve inventory problems quickly and effectively. Negotiate product returns and credits to effectively recover costs in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Must possess an Associate degree or equivalent plus one to five years of purchasing experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution organization. Qualified candidates must demonstrate a strong customer focus, the ability to multi-task and be results oriented. Understanding of MRP functionality preferred.

Position:

Evanced Interactive UI/UX Designer

Location: Indianapolis
Job Description:

Works with multiple stakeholders to synthesize requirements in order to create high fidelity mark up for Evanced’s core suite of products. Works closely with the Product Owner, software developers, and quality assurance personnel to assure that the designs are correctly implemented with high quality and consistency across the product suite.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of user interface design experience for web-based software applications which leverage emergent technologies and/or mobile devices. Must have experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Preferred knowledge in Adobe suite, Balsamiq, and coding tools such as Coda. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communications skills, will work well both independently and collaboratively, will have fine attention to detail, and will have a flexible, professional approach to work that allows them to adjust to an ever-changing workload. Willingness to continually learn and improve are necessary for success along with general respect and collaboration in all interactions.

Position:

Lead Qualification – Inside Sales Rep

Location: Madison
Job Description:

Develops qualified opportunities from leads provided. Utilizes sales and listening skills to call on clients for the purpose of developing leads and moving them into opportunities. Builds relationships with new customers. Acquires customer and market intelligence. Prospects for business that would produce opportunities for projects worth in excess of $10,000 per job and develops that business. Upon qualification, Inside Sales Rep may handle the project opportunity through to the sale or if it is a large project/complex project, turn over to a Field Sales Rep to complete. Inside Sales Rep will be accountable for their own Sales Goal along with other key metrics around support of the sales department.

Utilizes strong research skills, inclusive of critical thinking skills. Utilizes Demco’s CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Excel & WORD, Demco systems) and other necessary tools for data capture and reporting. Supports the Sales Organization with CRM management and reporting. Manages time and resources effectively to meet or exceed lead generation metrics and measure. Closes new revenue from leads consistent with annual sales targets. Correctly identifies and escalates leads to territory managers when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must possess two years of college education in a relevant subject (business, marketing, sales) or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of consultative sales experience and/or 3-5 years experience in a business development or lead generation role required. Experience utilizing CRM software required. Library/Education and/or contract furniture sales experience preferred. Maturity, enthusiasm, a professional demeanor and the ability to effectively communicate are vital for this position. Sales skills’ training is a plus. Must be proficient in WORD and EXCEL.

Territory Manager – West Coast

Job Description:

Grows corporate revenue and profit contribution to meet or exceed budgeted levels in the Eastern Territory by selling furniture projects to K-12 schools, public libraries and higher education. Develops and executes a plan that supports the sales strategy for the region. Acquires market intelligence and competitive development in the region. Supports the sales process through the use of Microsoft Outlook and CRM Dynamics to manage leads and opportunities. Contact with customers will rely on 50% phone and 50% travel.

Qualifications:

College Degree preferably in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years selling furniture projects and/or selling in the education/library markets . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook & CRM. Strong technical orientation for understanding mechanical drawings and furniture construction. Must be experienced at space measurement and drawings to communicate to designers. Must be able to travel 50% of the time.

WFE (Wall Family Enterprise) Controller

Job Description:

Under the guidance of the CFO, works with the WFE operating companies’ finance managers to implement best practices while standardizing and capturing synergies across the finance department and ensuring that the appropriate internal controls are maintained. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting while overseeing annual audits and budget process. Responsible to work with tax counsel for the appropriate Sub S tax distribution and tax planning opportunities. Ensures that all compliance requirements are consistently met. Works with insurance agent to oversee commercial insurance programs. Oversees the risk management program and US and international cash management. Assists with acquisition analysis, valuations, and due diligence as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with CPA and/ or MBA preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with strong working knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial reporting. Must also have a track record of driving change/knowledge and implementing improvements. Ability to travel domestically and internationally is required.
